• From Valencia southbound, in the direction of Alicante "por la costa": Take the AP-7 motorway. Exit at number 60 (Xeraco/Xeresa). Join the National Road N-332, in the direction of Alicante. On Gandía bypass, after the 2nd tunnel, exit to the regional road CV-60 in the direction of L'Ollería / Albaida.
   
• From Alicante northbound, in the direction of Valencia: Take the AP-7 motorway. Exit at number 61 for Oliva/Gandía. Join the National Road N-332 in the direction of Valencia. On the Gandía bypass, exit to regional road CV-60 in the direction of L'Ollería / Albaida.
  
  Stay on the CV-60 and exit at km 32 (exit nr 32 – Rótova. In the village of Rótova, follow the official hotel signs. At the last house of the right, turn right and then left. Turn right at the board "Finca Los Pinos" sign just ahead. After crossing the bridge, stop at the 2nd green gate on the left (distance from the entrance to Rótova: 1,7 km).
